Personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.
Our team believes true wellness comes from treating the whole patient, not just a list of symptoms. Before we build your treatment plan, we take the time to understand your health history, your goals, and what "pain-free" actually looks like for you. Every plan is grounded in current chiropractic research and adjusted as you progress, not treated as a one-size-fits-all protocol.
What is it like to live pain free!

Seeking Relief for Chronic Pain?
Let's embark on a healing journey together.
At New Journey Chiropractor and Wellness, we understand how disruptive chronic pain can be. Our team, including our co-management partnership with Eastern Acupuncture and Wellness, brings together chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy under one coordinated plan, so you're not piecing together care on your own.
Meet Our Integrative Team
At our clinic, we love our team and being involved in our community.
New Journey Chiropractor and Wellness was founded on a simple idea: patients deserve care that treats the whole person, backed by real credentials and current research, not guesswork.
That standard starts with our founder, Dr. Thomas Wiest, DC, MSc, DIBCN. Dr. Wiest graduated valedictorian of his Doctor of Chiropractic program at Keiser University (2023) and holds a Master of Science degree alongside his Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology (DIBCN) from the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology, a credential held by very few chiropractors in South Florida. He's also board-eligible in electrodiagnostics and completed an externship in Preventive Medicine and Rehabilitation with the VA.
Dr. Wiest brings more than the classroom to his practice. He's served 10+ years in the U.S. Army Reserve, including natural disaster response along the East Coast, and is currently working to launch a non-profit supporting veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers. That background shapes how he practices: disciplined, evidence-based, and genuinely invested in his patients' recovery.
His clinical toolkit includes Diversified HVLA technique, Cox Technique (flexion-distraction) for disc-related pain, and functional neurology approaches for headaches, migraines, post-surgical recovery, and neurological symptoms, a direct result of his DIBCN training.

Frequently Asked Questions
We treat back and neck pain, disc injuries, post-surgical pain, and headaches or migraines, with additional support through functional neurology and medical massage. Dr. Wiest's Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology makes him especially well-suited for neurological and headache-related cases.
Your first visit starts with a conversation about your health history and goals, followed by an assessment. From there, Dr. Wiest builds a treatment plan specific to your condition, so you won't get a generic protocol.
Bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have imaging (X-rays, MRIs) related to your condition, bring that too.
Dr. Wiest's Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology is rare in South Florida, which means patients with headaches, migraines, or post-surgical complications get a level of neurological insight most chiropractic clinics don't offer.
Ready to start your new journey?
You don't have to keep working around your pain. Whether it's a nagging headache, a disc injury that won't quiet down, or recovery after surgery, Dr. Wiest and our team will build a plan around your specific condition, not a generic protocol.
A free consultation is the easiest way to find out what that plan looks like for you. No pressure, no obligation, just a real conversation about what's going on and what your options are.
